Fitness often gets overlooked in the tactical world, but you really talk about fitness. What sort of exercises do you recommend people using to stay fit for fighting conditions? I put the run, fight, run philosophy, which is something that I do literally every day. That's generally the purpose so that if you do get into a fight, at least cardiovascular, you can maintain the fight and hopefully have enough gas to run away.
