Do You Think the Only Injunction That Is Required Is the Removal of Apple Steering Provision?
The court does not find apple is an anti trust monopolist in the sub market for mormal gaming transactions. However, it does find apple's conduct in enforcing anti steering restrictions is any competitive. A remedy to eliminate those provisions is appropriate. This measure, measured remedy will increase competition, increase transparency, increase consumer choice and information,. while preserving apples i o s eqa system which has pro competitive justifications.
