How Much Seaweed Do You Need in This Soup?
I wanted to use a different kind of seaweed than the cakey Nori that comes in Chinese Chinese grocery stores. I could only find this Korean wakame so I just used that instead actually I don't think they call it that you know sorry Chris. It's just called fresh dried seaweed but I think it's in the wakame family. The soup reminded me of something that my mom made growing up with like ground pork and scallions and maybe white pepper, which is what I was trying to make too.
