"I think e b has a major, major vulnerability in their global shipping programme. I think it's huge, and i don't think it's been discussed enough," says Osakoyama. "This one kind of just upset me, like ai said, you bay, lately'se been kind of rough for me", adds Osakoya. 'It doesn't qualify under the sellar protections,' he tells his customers when they try to return an item that is too old or damaged to send back. The company will be making changes over the next few months as part of its plan to improve customer service.
