There's a real scarcity of seats at the top colleges, and so everybody wants to go to these top colleges. I actually think there would be less pressure and fewer lawsuits as a result in affirmative action. The people that i think can put pressure on them is the government. We could start to craft programms that have what we want them to achieve by just basely saying, you're not going to get the more.
