In Florence, it's a focaccia but it's really called a skiachata. It's thinner and it's pressed down quite a bit. But also in La Guria, they have a focacca that is similar to that with lots of salt. They all have lots of salt and oil and it's just like the greatest thing. So you don't even need the oil around. You can just have it as well. Just the bread with olive oil and tons of salt.
