People Economics - The Value of the Human Capital

Peter Drucker: I feel like the challenge that the investment community, the business community has had in general is, is, is measuring this. And you can measure it. You can't management who said that. Right? So when we think about people economics, I mean, fundamentally what we're talking about is defining and measuring the value of human capital to those who are interested in understanding that value. In our view, people alpha is kind of the sub component of that. It really is the incremental gain and organization, particularly investor receives from having invested in those human capital assets.
