We were able to find a collection of measures using just simple principal components analysis really workhorse tool from data science. Another good example of that early on, we were looking at market power and how that could be quantified. So it actually turned out to be pretty simple outcome, just applying novel methods to traditional financial data. It was very early in the pandemic when we first did it. And then we later were able to do a refresh where we could dig into, you know, how many days per week are people going? What's the biggest day? How do the peaks of what's going on in offices now compared to the peaks previously?
