The Challenges of User Experience Design Thinking
In China there's a lot less resistance to implementing technology as compared to in the United States. I'm just curious to what extent that could be cultural or political nature versus a willingness to see that through. It depends on the part of the market but in customer service specifically I don't think it's a privacy or regulatory issue either. The real challenge is that it's a user experience design thinking kind of challenge that has to come from people who are thinking digitally first.
