They're they're naked, they're in the jungle, they're alone, but for whatever reason, they don't ever have to engage in any sort of intimate encounters. And the reason is that is they're afraid, right? So we've just establish that if you're afraid, you're producing stress form ones. You don't get n erection. But if you're naked and afraid all the time and you're not getting erections, then your pena function is going to decline. And so men in their late thirties or forties or fifties will begin to lose night time erections. Ok. That's the first early warning sign that maybe you should do something about that, ok. And i guess that the first thing to do is life style changes. Nou exercise more, sleep better, eat better. But if you're doing all those things, what i do, because i'm 53, is i take two affirmed tablets, a firm is citraline, which is a non essential amino acid, which turns into arginine, and the kidneys, which then donate a nitric oxide, so it picks up an oxygenand pushes off a nitric oxide, which is what we use to open up bleonbussens.
