I'm kind of confused as to why there would be such high requirements there. The ZK generation computation, it requires a lot of resources but those resources can be run in parallel. If you go higher than the threshold, which is currently set for Ethereum, let's say 20 transactions per second, you go towards 200, 2000 transactions per second. And the bottleneck there is storage access. You just need a really fast storage.
