How to Interview People in Non-Traditional Ways

Interviewers often say to interview people in non traditional ways. Getting them out of the office into an authentic environment and see how they're going to deal with something is pretty good. You know, one thing that I've been thinking about in interviewing is knowing your own as the interviewer. Your own geniuses matter so much.
