Anxiety is a biological difficulty. As soon as we have an anxious thought, our body releases or our brain releases are jolt of adrenaline. And then you start to stress about the fact that that's happening. So for me, I wasn't able to connect the doctor between my digestive issues and anxiety,. But what it did was make me more anxious because now I was trying to solve this problem That I couldn't tell the word from the trees.
