Geoffrey pson, i believe, was put in there to ar look for the morally and ethically corruptible. So he's a perfectetat. He's already had lose of experience at being able to define who will work with him and who won't work with him. And i think that he didn't have that care about what he looked like so much. So he would just do things, and if people found him repulsive, he didn't care. Because of that character trait made him perfect for recruiting these unethical and immoral people.
