Millennials Are Losing Grip Strength

I'm so glad that you're bringing awareness to mental health. I think for me, this comes back to social disconnection in some ways. It's almost like we've lost our ability to sense the people around us and we've lostour ability to sense ourselves. The biggest markers of fitness are things like flexibility, VO2 max and perp strength. If you don't do these things, your body is going to lose muscle mass as you get older. We need to send a signal to those muscles to make them stronger.
