Chatbots and AI

The basic tech behind chat GPT kind of arguably was somewhat available for the last three years. It just took a lot of iteration, a lot of fairly small tweaks to the underlying technology to actually make it this explosive. As these chatbots get better, maybe more and more of the value that slippery slope kicks in, you start to engage more with the AI side of it. And eventually that becomes the product.
