In your book, you make a distinction between old school BS and new school BS. "BSing is happening for centuries, basically from the beginning of human communication," he says. But there's a new kind of BS that's really on the charge: data and numbers wrapped in infographics or algorithms. And it's that form that can cause just as much problems; we've seen that during the pandemic.
