The Gerrymandering of Voter Fraud

Young people who don't have driving licences are more likely to vote against the Tories and they are less likely to have voter ID. So if you're over 60s you're seeing his bus passes or different kinds of bus passes are allowed but your young person's rail guard for some reason is not. The accusation here, just to be explicit about it, is that there's some sort of vague attempt at gerry mandering going on. Well it's a form of voter suppression right? And also it's worth saying right that voter fraud is vanishingly rare.
