Can I Have Auto Auto Responses in Discord?

Can you have auto responses inside of Circle? So when someone says I'm new and then a bot say, Hey, go to this channel or here's some information about it. You'd need Zappia for that inside of Circle. That's a lot of money. All the stuff I'm doing in Discord is obviously free. And I don't use Zappian for any of it. It's just becauseI hear a lot of people say that Circle, they either lose questions,. struggle to find questions or answers to questions.
