The Vulnerability of Disorganized Attachment

A smart pedophile will groom kids who are vulnerable and therefore they're less likely to disclose the abuse is happening because they're being reparented in some way or another. We can identify the profile of the child who's most vulnerable and it's somebody who is either extremely disorganized attachment or has healthy attachment with dismissing features. They've deactivated the attachment system in that longing. If you have multiple diagnoses like a personality disorder diagnosis and a major dissociative disorder diagnosis and PTSD and multiple addictions, traditional phase oriented trauma treatment model doesn't work for that given individual. So we completely re-oriented our treatment towards treating the more disorganized person.
