The Importance of Functional Thinking in Complex Systems

It's interesting to avoid them because you said oh and then we look at the data and what we're doing with the data. To me that's more functional thinking. It's like start with the data don't I don't know do all the stuff that we've done with objects right? You can reason about it and you can think you know what your system is doing but a lot of times there's like quarter cases that will just like completely destroy your assumptions right.
