How Much Is Enough?
When we take our dominant hand, we don't have to think about eating. But when we take our non-dominant hand, suddenly our probability goes down. And so what I have people do is, you know, go and use your dominant hand,. Don't eat mindlessly in front of the television because you're not paying attention. Ask yourself this question, how little is enough? Like how many bites and see you, how much we actually need?
