XML HTTP Request Objects for Bitcoin Validators

Instead of just providing an HTTP interface to Bitcoin you can say well clients are now supporting this very very curated interface for Bitcoin. You get a whole XML-agedHTTP request object just for you and you can do whatever you want with it. That's the way in which you can kind of empower validators to use more and more functionality but that's gonna be triggered by client support not by NIP telling you what you should do.
