Twitter CEO Elon Musk has come under fire for firing half the company's staff in a week. Twitter employees have been slagging him off, but he seems to be aware of his actions and is trying to fix them. He believes that most people at Twitter shouldn't be employed there because if they were any good, they wouldn't be at Twitter. "This whole thing is just like dysfunction on top of dysfunction"
