Is There Such a Thing as Karma?
In the last two weeks, they have canceled me in two projects. So it doesn't stop happening. I feel making necessitates you having the fragility of a poet and the endurance of a boxer. The more you dwell on the present state of things without learning from it, the less you will be able to move. There is no pattern to this life. If you pull back enough, you see the swirl on the coffee and you go, there is order. We just don't pull back far enough to see it. But it's there if you can do it.
