The Importance of a Good Portfolio
Animation professor says he's looked at hundreds of portfolios. He learned to specialize if you're going in where they've got a specific job and they need a time. Before showing a portfolio, it is wise to research who hires the kind of work you do. And then instead of wasting all that energy showing everybody, aim where you're going to show your work to people who really do need that.
