When i first started meditating, i was frustrated that it happened. A lot of what i hope we're doing to day for audience is just normalizing these things. Just reframe the moment you notice your mind has wandered as a tiny little win. If you didn't have that win, you could be off planning your next vacation or thinking about the taxes you've got to pay. And you can take that capacity into the rest of our lives. But yes, we want it. We're not doing it to be awesome.
