The fact that we have so much access to outer space now means that basically any country that can afford half a million US dollars can send something to space. We're in a new era. And I might suggest instead of focusing on treaties that you try to get people to sign as soon as they become space-faring nations, we should really work in a cooperative fashion to look at what's in the mutual interest of everybody.
