Are You Going to the Phoenotypic Level?

Cris: I think often the argument about planning gets trapped in an area that we've to some extent been engaged in this evening, which is talking about the ideal world. But i don't doubt for a second that the ideal lesson plan is entirely created, resourced, thought through by the class teacher who's going to deliver it. In reality, in a lot of cases, particularly with foundation subjects, when teachers come to teach the mayons and they've effectively got a couple of hours to plan it,  that freeze up time within those two hours to say, ok, i'm going to learn more about the myon so i can make this pop, can make it sing
