Diffuse Immune-Mediated Pulmonary Hemorrhage

Hidose methyl prednisolone 30 milligram per kilo or 1 gram daily for 3 days followed by a slow taper is typically used in diffuse immune mediated pulmonary hemorrhage. Pulfosomide is the drug of choice for treatment of patient with vagueness granulomatosis. Specific pulmonary renal syndromes can be treated using corticosteroids and other immunosuppressive agents. Plasma ferrices is an option for good pasture syndrome.
