The Role of Friendship at Work
Friendship at work is something that i take for granted, because i haven't necessarily needed loads of friends in the career that went alongside our side project. But there's lots of evidence and data to support why friendships at work are so important. When you have friends within the organization you're in, we are much better information sharing and ideas. And it does predict ormance. For most people, only about three in ten agree that they've got a best friend at work. I think it's a lovely, a lovely thing to aim for, rather than feel like you have to be some superhuman friend to be of worth to other people.
