The Homeopathy of Gluten Sensitivity
The pain people feel when they eat these things is absolutely real and biological just to be clear. But attributing it to gluten is too simplistic. There was a very well-designed study where they had gluten in one kind of cereal bar and fructose, gluten is a protein,. fructose is a different molecule, I think it's a protein. It feels like unless you've got Celia disease, it's very, very likely from the studies. Probably in most cases, most isn't the gluten itself, it's something else, some of the big sugars or fod maps.
