How to Chat With Yourself
I asked chat should be T for a tech choke. Or you know, have a flourishing, wonderful online relationship with yourself. I had a client or a prospective client lead who wasn't sure if he should take coaching. If it's the right thing at the right time now. And I said, well, then at least if you don't take coaching, talk to yourself. It's formulating thoughts and reading, really reading them or re-hearing them makes you think differently.
