Bands can cause changes in the muscle to happen relatively rapidly meaning if you always train with a particular type of resistance and then you switch to a different style you'll start to see some results. bands are very versatile i can attach them at different points i could do all kinds of different exercises um they don't take up much space. freeways mimic the real world more than bands when you lift something in the real world it's a free weight so that's it heavy weight low reps tends to be better with freeways If you get really strong bands can be actually challenging to work with like trying to row 300 pounds on one band is unwieldy and dangerous believe we're not with bands
