Introduction
Our mission is to live always chasing, never stop. We are here because we know the outcomes and our lives are within our contro that taking absolute ownership of how we eat, sleep, train, think and connect with each other is how we'll optimize our health and happiness. Well, we're back for a two minute drill. Two minute drill is when i a sort through the many good questions that folks that listen or send us to pick out. I think we've got ten with the challenge of you answering them within two minutes. But truthfully, no ar tt's see what we got this time. The questions have gotten more and more.
