The Second Strategy Is Time Blocking

The second strategy i want to talk about is called time blocking. And this one is incredibly efficient, but sometimes can be a little bit anxiety inducing. I don't personally practise time blocking, because i find it to be extremely stressful. Howeveri many people that do get enormous amounts of work done during their blocks. Cho s one activity, especially if it's something that you've been struggling to get yourself going with, and set a timer for 25 minutes and just focus. Get through at least two of those rounds, 25 minutes, followed by a five minute break. You'll notice yourself really locking in. Especially if you do what i do, and leave the timer up on the screen so
