UX podcast is rebranding with a new logo type and colors. We're taking it slow because we don't want any Twitter storms about oh my god UX podcast new logo. This thing caused a huge wave of big spike in customer service contacts. It can take several months to get on top of and put down to normal levels again. All that happened just because of rebranding without sufficient thought about the whole customer experience and user experience and breaking down the silos between it all.
