The Ancient Greek Tradition of Running
Leonidas is the only person to have ever done it more than once. The ancient Greeks had a tradition of doing things nude, including exercising. When wrestling, Greek athletes would oil their skin and sprinkle golden sand on themselves. It made them look like living, sparkling, bronze statues.
