I would add and again, cold therapy and that kind of thing. If someone's living in a wintery place, you can get in the sauna a lot up where you guys are from. That's the home of the sauna. It's not ultraviolet, but it's lots of infrared light, which also improves the mitochondria and helps get rid of toxins and whatnot.
