The Practicalities of Career Pivots
In her almost 20 years career, I have had four very different careers. Started out in investment banking and then pivoted to consulting. Then made a pivot to entrepreneurship and co-founded my startup with three other co-founders. The transition to Salesforce, where she's been now for a little over four years, has been to product sales. She says the most important thing is that you give yourself permission to change.
