45,000 and Three Is a Risk-Based Approach to Well-Being

There seems to be some confusion that 45,000 and three is now the focus in terms of just taking a risk-based approach as I've already mentioned it's part of the well-being strategy. When you're looking at that document and you you're seeing the big words like psychological health and safety and psychosocial risk it's important. It's also about for me when you are wanting to implement something like this and get leadership buy-in understand what the leadership's pain points are  and use that as leverage.
