Coach Collins had one of his female athletes win the state meet in the 3200. She did almost, you know, 2 to 3 times a week, the whole season bouts of 15 second sprints or strides. And she said, I've done this because Zulian times this season. So I'm going to go around 15 seconds and guess what she won. Right? Like, it was just because the training was there, the confidence is where the demonstrated ability was built up over the course of the season.
