Is Feedback Loops a Good Thing to Have in Early Careers?
i want people to have a theory of change for what they're doing. I think in general researchers get better over their career and most of that doesn't come from observing whether the world matched their observations i claim this is true and so if we all in the community if there's a given research community it can be any topic like philosophy or effective altruism, he says. He also suggests you should engage with less uncertain problems at the beginning where there might be more feedback loops but don't trick yourself into taking wrong decisions.
