The other thing I think that scares people is this really hard to find a good property management company because, frankly, most of them are bad. Most management companies have hundreds of clients so they piss one off and they disappear that's really doesn't hurt anybody. It's just the interest rarely align correctly, which is not anybody's fault necessarily but anyhow. But one other thing I'm curious to see if you do this as well is that they're rarely niche it's almost like anyone would take anything that walks in the door.
