Book Clubs - What's the Difference?

I wanted people to really engage with the ideas in feeling great and also not have it be a treatment group. The book is an experiential book. It has people do their own daily mood log and come back to that during the book. I mean, I have so many thoughts so much I'd love to talk about. But I also did a feared fantasy myself in front of the whole group,. Which was good for me because I had been bullied as a kid, I have some anxiety in groups.
