All Rights or Property Rights

Law, in a sense, is always about the assignment of owner to some resource. And as rothbard emphasized, all rights or property rights have to do with the exclusive right to control a given disputable resource. All law is just the reflection of various rights. If you don't have real freemarket prices in property and the means of production, you can't have meaningful prices that convey information about scarcity and supply and demand.
