Shiree Celerstein: So what do you think those different changes might affect like how companies look at their policies, procedures, cultures and things of that sort. She says it doesn't mean everything has to go away. We don't have to be so rigid and evil with everything has to say the same over the data. But kind of look at our policies and say, okay, along with all this policy created. This is a 20 year old policy. We need to revisit it. There every policy your company has should be revisited one at least every three to five years cycle.
