Can You Eat More?

The study involved people who were not eating any fermented food. The researchers tried to get them to eat 40 grams of fiber a day on the diet side. It was just a goal thinking the more you could eat, the more likely you will give your microbiota a signal to be modified and so that we can detect something that's happening.
