The most difficult thing in business is finding a prospect and then nurturing them to the point of wanting to have a meeting with you. The way that most people approach os is really dramatically broken. We show up, we've done a good job for somebody, and we say, yunow. So i like this soh this is the system i and this might be a kind of trick question, but i've got to believe there's sales after the sales. You're just not going to get all those pieces right as a whole. But it's a worthy effort.
