The Supreme Court's Decision on Social Media Platforms
There was some hints in justice Thomas's opinion about the possibility of treating these like common carriers. The thing about common carriers is that they're typically not liable for what they carry, but they're not allowed to censor things. And so there was a hint of that in the Tom nay case. I don't think the court will ultimately go there because I think the risks are too high of that approach.
